March is here and we all know what that means, Rodeo time!! If you are a Houstonian, or new to Houston, you know that the rodeo is a must to attend. It's also time to have another monthly market update. Whether you're an agent, investor, buyer, and more, it's crucial to know all the facts when it comes down to the real estate market.

What's Happening in Houston?!

The rodeo is back! From February 27-March 17, come on down to NRG for the carnival, all fried desserts, livestock shows, concerts and more! It is an all-day event, so plan accordingly!

The Commons at Hermann Park is set to open Spring of 2024. The 26-acre oasis will have play gardens, 45-foot-tall rocket ship slide, splash cove and more! Great for both kids and adults.
