Known for her perseverance, hard work, and trustworthiness, Yenny Labrador takes tremendous pride in helping clients navigate the Houston real estate market in search of their perfect home.

Yenny has a bachelor's degree in human resource management and a master’s degree in hospitality management from the University of Houston. After working as a stay-at-home mom for several years, Yenny was inspired to find a career where she could blend the knowledge earned from her formal education with her effective organization and collaboration skills gained from parenthood into a career helping others.

Licensed since 2017, Yenny serves the Inner Loop area and has helped first-time homebuyers and clients seeking new construction homes in The Woodlands, Spring, and Katy. After joining CitiQuest Properties, Yenny was recognized as Rookie of the Year in 2018, Community Manager of the Year in 2020, and Master Community Manager of the Year in 2021.

Originally from San Cristobal, Venezuela, Yenny knows the impact and importance of dreaming big and working hard to achieve one’s goals. It influences her ability to listen to people’s needs, desires, and dreams and motivates her to help them accomplish their greatest goals.

Away from real estate, Yenny is a proud mom who enjoys spending time with her family and celebrating her children’s accomplishments. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and practicing yoga.
