Originally from Odessa,TX ,Chace Blaylock has lived in Houston,TX since 2015. He received his real estate license in 2021 and currently serves developers and investors in the Greater Houston area. Chace is passionate about delivering quality services to his clients, Maintaining a great attitude, and highlights his exceptional problem solving-skills to deliver results. Chace focuses on the acquisition of land, and the development of residential homes and commercial projects.

Chace has consulted over 100 Investors in the last 2 yrs, building  everlasting relationships as well as assisting with their projects at hand. Outside of work, he enjoys his time playing sports, lifting weights, spending time with his dog , and enjoying the restaurant scenes Houston has to provide.
